The Gaily Collective makes science-backed supplements specifically built for the LGBTQIA+ community. Not because queer bodies have categorically different biochemistry, but because queer people have been categorically left out of the wellness space. Queer folks need health solutions now more than ever. The weight of moving through a world not built for us is real, measurable, and worth taking seriously. We deserve products formulated for that reality.
We are a small, queer team—healthcare providers, former athletes, and a handful of people with strong opinions about both adaptogens and astrology—who got tired of waiting for the right brand to exist and decided to build it instead. We’re committed to developing clinician-formulated, quality supplements that help our community feel like themselves, and meet the day with something left over.
Our founder and Sapphic Nutritionist in Chief, Makenna Barris, holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and spent over fifteen years building consumer wellness brands. She’s also a mother, former rugby player (go Bears!), and an Aquarius Sun with Sagittarius Rising. She is not one for patience with broken things.
She created The Gaily Collective because she believes that access to the right wellness routine allows people to be fully themselves in the world. She also believes that a wellness brand without a structural commitment to the community it serves is just a product. The Gaily Collective was never meant to be just a product.
We believe in lifting as we climb, and that includes using our business to strengthen LGBTQIA+ community resources. We donate 1% of all sales (not just profits) to nonprofits supporting queer health, visibility, and advocacy efforts on the ground. We also partner with 1% for the Planet because wellness, for us, doesn’t stop at the body.
Our formulations are developed in collaboration with naturopathic doctors and pharmacists. Every product is third-party tested for purity and potency, manufactured at FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities, and made with clean ingredients only. No fillers, no excipients, and nothing that doesn't have a reason to be there.
