Going all in on yourself.

The Gaily All-In bundle brings together all three clinician-formulated TGC supplements—Sparkle, Exhale, and Slumber—for the energy, stress resilience, and sleep that make showing up fully possible. The complete daily stack, at $128.

Being fully yourself takes fuel at every hour of the day.

It takes energy to show up and stay present. A nervous system that isn't quietly working overtime. And sleep that actually restores, so you can do it all again tomorrow (and with some flair, even?).

Most wellness routines ask you to pick a problem. Energy, stress, and sleep aren't separate concerns; they're a system. The Gaily All-in lets you address it as one.

All three formulations were developed in collaboration with naturopathic doctors and pharmacists, informed by community research, and third-party tested for purity and potency.

$128 for all three, compared to $142 if purchased separately.

HOW TO USE

Gaily Sparkle: Take 2 capsules in the morning or early afternoon. Not recommended within six hours of bedtime.

Gaily Exhale: Take 2 capsules with food, ideally in the morning or early afternoon. Consistent daily use supports cumulative benefits—give it two to four weeks.

Gaily Slumber: Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Some people find 1 capsule is enough. Your body will tell you.

The three formulations are designed to work together as a daily system. Sparkle and Exhale anchor your daytime. Slumber closes it out.

Sparkle: Paraxanthine, L-Theanine, Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder
Exhale: Ashwagandha Root Extract, Saffron Extract, Rhodiola Root Extract, Holy Basil Extract, Phosphatidylserine, Skullcap Root Extract
Slumber: Melatonin, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), L-Theanine, Magnesium (as bisglycinate chelate), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate)

KEY INGREDIENTS

  • Gaily Sparkle

    Energy and Focus
For the days that ask everything of you. Clean, sustained energy and focus without the crash, built around paraxanthine, a caffeine metabolite that delivers the cognitive benefits of caffeine with a shorter half-life and better tolerability.1

  • Gaily Exhale

    Stress Support
For a nervous system that's been working overtime. A clinician-formulated adaptogen blend with ashwagandha to help regulate cortisol, and saffron, rhodiola, and holy basil to support mood and resilience.2

  • Gaily Slumber

    Sleep Support
For the rest you deserve. A five-ingredient formula built around the synergistic combination of GABA and L-theanine, shown to reduce sleep latency and support deeper non-REM sleep.7 Low-dose melatonin at 1mg keeps the morning yours.6

Gaily All-in FAQ

  • Yes. A lot of the Collective stacks all three: Sparkle in the morning, Exhale midday, Slumber at night. There's no known conflict between the formulas. As always, if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, including these.

  • Sparkle is a clinician-formulated energy and focus blend built around paraxanthine, a caffeine metabolite with a cleaner metabolic profile and a shorter half-life than caffeine itself. Paired with L-theanine to smooth out stimulation and lion's mane for cognitive support, it's built for sustained clarity, not a jittery spike.

  • Exhale combines three clinically researched adaptogens (ashwagandha, rhodiola, holy basil) with phosphatidylserine and saffron extract to address stress at the hormonal, cognitive, and emotional level. No sedation, no stimulants, just a steadier version of you.

  • Slumber is a five-ingredient formula (GABA, L-theanine, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, vitamin B6, and a low 1 mg dose of melatonin) built to ease you into sleep, keep you there, and let you wake up like an actual person.
